"I'm not talking about dancing blood," the she-cat said. "I'm talking about dancing in it. There's a difference, see? Blood can't dance, but you can dance in it." The warrior giggled as if that were so obvious, cut off abruptly as the warrior started clawing at her. Glassheart jumped back, out of Emberflash's range as she ran in a circle around the SunClan cat, picking up speed until the point where she looked like a moving shadow of a blur. When she was finally behind him she lunged, sinking her fangs into his already-wounded shoulder and clawing down his back, before he threw her off, sending her crashing to the ground.
Glassheart recovered from this quickly, blue orbs scanning the cat, looking for signs of weakness. His right side was obviously her best target; that's where she'd managed to wound him the most so far. But he'd most likely be expecting her to target there...so should she go for the left instead? Decisions, decisions, the MoonClan warrior thought. What should I do? She spit out a little bit of her blood that'd managed to flow into her mouth, letting out another nearly-insane sounding giggle. "And what a great dance this will be," Glassheart said, smiling as she again lunged at Emberflash. While the warrior tensed for a head-on attack, the female instead sailed over him, and by the time he'd managed to turn around the MoonClan cat had already knocked into him, slashing at his exposed stomach as he fell to the ground, before again retreating a bit. Instead of actually trying to fight, all that Shadowstalker really wanted to do was shove the plumper cat off of him; it wasn't very hard with his muscled back legs. Even though he was built for fighting and it was what he came out here to do, it was almost as if he couldn't move. What Ebonyfang had said to him wouldn't leave him alone.
MoonClan has no room for weak cats. He told himself, looking up at the Glassheart and Emberflash battle, blue eyes filled with fear. He and Emberflash were the closest cats in the whole Clan; they looked almost the same, same blue eyes, and had the same insanity constantly nipping at their heels. The black toms fangs clanked together a few times inside of his mouth, worry gnawing at the pit of his stomach, heart pounding frantically in anxiousness. That little voice in the back of his mind told him that he should fight -- prove himself. But, to the tom's dismay, Shadowstalker simply couldn't move. He was frozen as he watched Glassheart fight, though she was obviously winning. The blue eyes then scanned the area, going over Birdsong, Ebonyfang, and the rest of the cats.
No room for the weak.
His fur singed a little at the edges with worry and regret for not being able to fight, even though he wanted to.
No room for the weak.
The blue eyes that he owned darted from side to side, trying to keep track of all the battles at once, wanting to see where he could help, finding no openings.
No room for the weak.
His claws unsheathed as the fear started to turn into something that he would despise for the rest of his life.
No room for the weak...
Shadowstalker's mouth suddenly turned into a smile that seemed to be a little too big for his face, eyes wide with insanity.
So let yourself go and loose your fear. Become strong.
The tom got to his paws, claws sheathing and unsheathing repeatedly, steps almost staggering as he swayed back and forth, nearing the battles. A claw from one of the cats slashed at his shoulder, accidental or maybe not. Either way he only let out a small cackle of laughter, his body shuddering. Tail waving back and forth, he looked over at Glassheart, striding over to her with a few, large steps. "Let us dance together." He hissed, standing beside her and looking at Ebonyflash, almost looking like a copy of the she-cat, only larger and more masculine. "The gates are shut." Shadowstalker grinned. "Knock on the door of the Devil." He and Glassheart took a step, Shadowstalker's right leg moving, the she-cat's left. Their steps were perfectly in sync with each other.
It was almost as if they ahd become one, single cat.

I can't do this. I just can't. These rogues...how can they be so powerful? Have so many useful skills? he thought desperately, his shoulder aching and bleeding horribly. The fight was not turning out the way any SunClan cat wanted it to. SunClan were usually skilled and strong, but MoonClan were slick and powerful as well. You could never get a grasp on them. So if Emberflash's speed didn't even help him against the insane she cat, then what else could help defeat her? Maybe he could use his wits. Quite a simple game thatwas so easily lost. It might work,. Emberflash smiled and looked up at Glassheart. " Oh, but if you dance on the blood," he growled wickedly, his eyes hiding within the sadows on his face. "You will fall."

Glassheart let shine a small, caring smile when Shadowstalker accompanied her; paw-steps perfectly in-sync as the two more insane warriors walked toward their prey--the SunClan cat, Emberflash. Before they could actually attack, however, the female turned toward the other, causing both to stop their advance. "I can handle this weakling," she said, tone neutral. "Let me take care of him. You go fight with the fat kitty-pet over there. I will make sure this cat knocks on the door of the Devil, I promise." Without really waiting for an answer the dark she-cat turned toward Emberflash, smiling in a way most wicked.
"True enough. But where you've fallen you can rise, and once again continue the dance of blood. But you can't do this if you're distracted and talking, now can you?" Suddenly the MoonClan warrior was behind the SunClan cat, tackling the male and pinning him to the ground, raking her claws continuously down his exposed back, paws tightly clinging onto his shoulders. "You're Emberflash, aren't you?" Glassheart asked, tone curious as she took a step back, lowering her guard slightly. "I always find it better to know the names of those who are about to die." Emberflash saw his life flash before his eyes. His young moons, the times he crushed on Gladetail when they were apprentices, and Gladetail now, heavily pregnant with his kits. It couldn't end this way. He couldn't leave his mate to raise kits on her own, fatherless kits. He couldn't leave his clan when they needed him to hunt in leaf-bare. But there was nothing he could do. MoonClan outnumbered them in skill, even though the amount of cats there were equal. Emberflash was about to just give in when a large gray blur flew across the clearing and knocked Shadowstalker half way across the clearing into a tree.

Shadowstalker watched as the she-cat jumped from her spot and his heart pumped a little sadly, his smile died down as she attacked without him. His tail drew a little bit in the ground as he turned to his new opponent, Starlingsong. "Have you ever let insanity into your mind?" He asked, sitting down for a moment, bringing his paw up to his mouth, claws unsheathed. His tongue drew over them, the sharp ends cutting into the pink, sand papery flesh easily. A little bit of blood dripped from his mouth, some dissolving into his fur, a little more falling to the ground and staining the grass. "You lose all of your pain and your fears. You only have one goal." A smile grew on his face once again, his form shuddering a little from his laughter that giddily arose from the surroundings and filling the area, though it only caught the attention of the plumper foe. The cat's head was tilted, obviously wondering what the ending of his statement was.
Shadowstalker got to his paws and took a few steps closer; the cat's guard rose a tad, fur prickling wildly and a growl sounding off as if on cue. "Shush." The dark warrior huffed in irritation, almost as if he were a small little kit again in a fury about a snoring sibling. "The demons can hear your tortures. They're coming to drag you down..." He muttered, acting a little fearful, now. It was as if his personality had entirely changed as he shrunk down slightly, looking a bit smaller than he normally was.
As like it had never happened, Shadowstalker regained every ounce of his confidence and rose back up, smiling wildly again. "Just like me." The thoughts of his mother and father was utterly gone from the new thoughts of battle; the new thoughts of taking this cat's life away, to let them stop fighting the lie was was to simply live. "I'll be doing you a huge favor. Death is so much better. I'm simply a caregiver to this forest. I prey upon the cats that are here... And they die in a horrid way. I show them the pain of this life, and I show them that we are nothing but pawns of somebody's huge game that we don't yet know of. I think we're just puppets." He stopped, looking distant. "The devil uses us a puppets to do his dirty work." Shadowstalker murmured. "At least it's safe to say..."
The MoonClan tom let out a large amount of laughter, running towards the cat and jumping in mid air, legs spread out in reach for his enemy. "I'm a worthy servant!" He snarled, the force of gravity making him fall to deliver his attack.

Glassheart took a moment to catch her breath, surveying the wounds she'd delivered to the other cat. He was at the end of his rope, the MoonClan warrior knew; only a push or two more and he'd be gone. She herself, though a bit out of breath, was fairing much better; no blood-gushing wounds or long, painful scrapes like those that had been delivered to Emberflash. Yet he's still trying, the dark warrior thought. What is he fighting for? Or maybe...who is he fighting for? The she-cat took their short intermission to study the other; she'd pretty much won the fight, no doubt, but he didn't seem like it would be ended quickly.
Next Glassheart looked over at Shadowstalker, noting the bit of sadness that had shown on his features when she decided to finish this fight alone. It made her heart pang and she truly felt bad, but it was for the best if--for this battle--they both fought alone. Two could be taken down at once that way, and there wasn't really much at stake considering that her opponent was pretty much done; suffering from blood loss and the sheer exhaustion of their fight. He would be easy for the warrior to finish off; in fact she could do it right now if she wanted to.
But she had something to ask him first. Taking a few steps forward the MoonClan cat stopped not far from Emberflash; close enough that she would be able to talk to him, but far enough away that he wouldn't be able to attack her without her being able to defend. "Why?" Glassheart asked. "Why are you still fighting? You know that you've lost; why don't you just accept it and give in?" [/blockquote]

::I'm sorry if it kinda sucked. lol At least I tired to spice it up. ^^ Also please don't pretend that you knew about StarlingXCherry cause absolutely no one knows about it right now...so yeah:: Starlingsong hissed and leaped for Shadowstalker. Shadowstalker was a quick cat, but Starlingsong used a fighting move only SunClan cats use. He very quickly spring onto his opponent's back and grip him with his long claws. He held down Shadowstalker's paws, now he was in position to inflict severe body wounds. He sliced at Shadowstalker's weak points. He targeted his opponent's extremities like the legs, tail, scruff, or ears before sink in his teeth into the tom's neck and had a very good hold on him. Starlingsong couldn't have ended Shadowstalker's life right there, but he though about Cherryblossom. Would she approve of him killing her Clanmate...
Starlingsong drew blood from Shadowstalker, before leaping off of him away for his paws. "GET OUT OF SUNCLAN TERRITORY NOW!!!" His eyes were blazing. "I WON"T OFFER ANY OF YOU A SECOND CHANCE..." He growled. He remember one time he was fighting with Jetstar. Jetstar himself asked Starlingsong why he would waste rather good his fighting skills and life defending SunClan. Starlingsong had though about it, he could have joined MoonClan, and now he kinda had a reason. His love for Cherryblossom. Half of him, said join but any other part of him still wanted SunClan...

Wolfstar stood upand shook the dust off of his pelt. He surveyed the clearing as the fighting temporarily paused. His stance showed one of confidence, hostility, and pure power. If they thought Jetstar was powerful, they hadn't gotten toknow Wolfstar good enough. In a battle of Wolfstar vs. Jetstar, it would be strength vs. speed. A fairly even match. Even though last time they fought he had managed to squeeze a life out of Wolf. He was stubborn and would not give in.
A growl rose in his throat as he looked at all the MoonClan cats. "This ends, NOW!" he screeched, flinging himself at the black she-cat who had Eberflash cornered. He managed to get a firm pawhold on her sholder and slammed her against the ground. "You will not mess with my clanmates again. Insanity can only give you so much power, hon. The rest is just a nusince. I would know, I've been there!" he started out grouling and ended in a loud yowl, his eyes black, white fire raging within them. He seemed to grow over twice his size. His muscles flexed and he let go of the she-cat. "Show me what you think you can do,"

Glassheart's expression immediately darkened when she saw who'd attacked her; none other than the SunClan leader, Wolfstar. Any sign of the previous joy left the she-cat, fun and games forgotten. Now she really had to fight. Standing up, the MoonClan warrior's face was solemn, gaze murderous as she slowly advanced on the leader. The dark cat tried not to think about the pain radiating from her shoulder, instead only concerning herself with the fight that was about to take place. "I know that insanity only gives a certain amount of power," she said, voice serious. "That's why there is a time for insanity and a time to quit the games. And I believe right now is most certainly the latter of these two, wouldn't you agree?"
Quickly Glassheart lunged forward, diving under the leader and raking his stomach as she did so, sliding across the grass on her shoulder and perfecting the move by standing up, several feet away. It was an odd attack, certainly; and many cats probably would never use it, but it was a trick taught to the she-cat at a young age. The MoonClan warrior kept her expression dangerously neutral; not worrying about any remarks that were sure to come from the SunClan leader, only focusing on the attacks. Because this was going to be an extremely difficult fight, and she knew it. I wonder what chance I have against him...? I doubt what I just did inflicted too much damage. He'll easily win if I try to go against him with strength, so I guess I'll have to rely more on my speed. [/blockquote]

Wolfstar stood his ground as the she-cat used a swift attack on him. He felt her claws make an incision on his underbelly. He smirked as she landed perfectly behind him. He began a slow, deep laugh. As though he was acting as insane as she had been. "Oh, you have to choose the right time for insanity. No, I'm not being insane. I'm laughing because you will not defeat me in this battle. Your little trick hardly inflicted any damage on me. Cut or no cut, no matter how much blood spills out of me, you will go down. And even if it takes all the lives I have left, I will force you out of my territory and away from my cats," he snarled. In the back of his mind, he shuddered. He sounded so fiece and ruthless as though he could kill a cat with the flick of his claw. And even though it was in the warrior code that warriors didn't need to kill to win battle, MoonClan were the acception. Wolfstar allowed his cats to show no mercy against their cold hearted, blood thirst enemies.

"I see," Glassheart said, face expressionless and gaze empty as she again unsheathed her claws. Do I really want to do this? she wondered, doubtful. I wasn't going to kill Emberflash...but...should I really even fight? That'd make cats sad and...I don't want them to be sad. But I haven't given myself a choice, now have I? Suddenly any enthusiasm that had remained on the warrior's face was gone; replaced by a zombie-like look that seemed very unwilling to fight--or do much of anything. But I have to. I belong to MoonClan.
Glassheart again raced forward, slashing at one of the leader's sides as she kept running, raking her claws down and causing more blood to stain the ground. There didn't seem to be any will behind this attack; nor the attack that followed which was quite similar, except it effected the other side, now. It almost seemed like she'd given up--quit, rather. And though she tried not to let it show it did; the dark warrior cursed herself silently for this, deciding to make up for her lack of emotion by quickening her attacks, her slashes; doing her best to avoid Wolfstar's as she did so. I can't go back now. [/blockquote]

Wolfstar bowed his head, enduring the she-cat's swift blows. He felt his blood ooze out of his wounds and drip onto the ground. She wasn't putting much effort into them, but different from that, she had lost the spirit she once had to fight him. She was unsure if she wanted to fight. But of course she couldn't just abandon her clan, now could she?
Wolfstar shook his pelt, spattering blood droples everywhere. "Enough games," he growled, lifting his head and watching the she-cat bounce around him, light on her feet. "It's my turn to attack." Without another word, Wolfstar leapt up high in the air. He twisted to face away from the intuder and came down hard, kicking her in the middle of her face with his hind foot. He easily spun around to end the move, hardly breaking a sweat, (though i dont think cats sweat)

Glassheart took the attack, mind whirling as she fell down onto the ground, staying there much longer than she should have. Not just because of the pain, of course; no, it was more than that. She'd been debating whether or not to continue this whole game or just give up completely. Maybe I've made the wrong choice, the warrior thought. But I just can't abandon my Clan, now can I? Finally the MoonClan cat stood up, turning her icy gaze to Wolfstar.
She looked for weaknesses and strengths; weighing them against each other to try to formulate an attack that would do enough damage to hopefully subdue him for a little while. Do I really want to do this? Should I really do this? I don't know anymore... Finally after a few moments of silence the dark warrior raced forward, quickly and silently as she raked her claws deeply across the male's chest, before retreating again. It was very deep, sure; but it could have been much, much deeper. Should have been much, much deeper. But the she-cat simply didn't have the heart to do anything worse. [/blockquote]

The MoonClan cat came at him with speed and fire. She blew straight into his chest. The breath was taken out of him and his white fur became red. The she-cat landed ungraciously behind him. He coughed and blood glopped out of his mouth and splattered on the ground. The wound had made it harder to breathe. Yet he managed to turn to face the she-cat, his eyes dulled, but still gleaming. "Not bad. But you will have to do worse to kill a clan leader." he hissed, blood leaking out of the corner of his mouth, covering his white muzzle with blood.
