Spruceburn blinked slowly, '' Maybe one day I will join MoonClan if it comes to that. '' The tabby tom meowed slowly as if he were thinking, '' I have nothing against SunClan. I was born a SunClan cat and I am a loyal warrior to my clan... But not my leader. My quarrel is with Wolfstar, not all of SunClan. Wolfstar has ruined my life and hurt the ones I care about. He is no father of mine and I want him to suffer... '' He trailed off for a moment and then spoke again, '' SunClan warrior or not, I am going to make Wolfstar pay. But I know I would be welcome in MoonClan, and I might just go there anywhere because I don't think I really belong in SunClan no matter how hard I try or how loyal I am. If you help me, and if you let me help you, you can make Weepingpaw suffer. It'll be ok. And if you do it right, you'll be welcome in MoonClan too. I'll always protect you Rainpaw, I'll make sure no one hurts you. '' He meowed the last part softly, willing the she-cat to believe his word was good because he really would protect her.

Rainpaw smirked. "I don't have to do anything to earn a place in that clan. They need me, need my special skills. I-I truely don't know how I got such impressive skills, but I know they would definately be happy to welcome me into their clan. Such amazing skills have to be put to use, you know. What I'd like to do is try my skills against Jetstar. Now how interesting would that be," she growled, her smirk growing more and more wild. "Hehe, call me insane, but I don't care. I have much to offer. I believe Jetstar would understand my vague reasons for claiming myself as a new member. And who could turn away such a valuable offer, am I right?"

Spruceburn smiled and nodded, '' SunClan is foolish for not seeing what you have to offer. And despite what other cats tell you, Jetstar is very wise and understanding. He has helped me and he's going to help me more with stuff I could never do on my own. He can help you too, Rainpaw. '' He meowed and then continued, '' There's going to be a battle. Wolfstar will be killed, he only has three lives left. Who would be surprised if Weepingpaw died too? In all the confusion, no one would notice who actually killed him. With your speed Rainpaw, and my strength... Between the two of us we would be unstoppable. I can train you more too. Greenlily doesn't understand, but I do. ''

Her expression darkened and she considered all of what Spruceburn had said. He was an experienced warrior. He should know what he was talking about, and besides, his father was Wolfstar, whether he liked it or not, he would be nothing without his father. And his father had his wits in tact and was smart. So why not Spruce? Of course. The thruth was bubbling inside Rain. She had questioned the truth many times and delayed her answer for as long as she could. But she could not deny it anymore. A smille grew apon her face. In her head, blood oozed from in between her teeth. "Fine."
